Started out from Yelvertoft and had a fairly straightforward journey, mooring near Welton ready to go through Braunston Tunnel in the morning. I did Crick Tunnel and Watford Locks today. Neither was busy. Had a walk into Welton as I had never been there before. It’s quite a nice place with a mixture of old and new houses. Fabulous views to the North East. Good weather today but there is a promise of rain and blustery winds tomorrow. A good thing I haven’t got very far to go.
